I loved my corporate career. Across fifteen years in business, learning, and executive development roles at Target and Amazon, every role I held became my new favorite, and I was certain I'd never retire from corporate executive development. Then I fell in love with coaching.
Since founding KCC in 2017, I've delivered more than 1,900 hours of coaching to executives at venture-backed startups, private equity-backed firms, and Fortune 50 companies, and I especially love working with growth-stage companies that are scaling fast. Clients most often come to me to expand their scope of influence, build high performing teams, or navigate career transitions. What hooks me is the connection between building self-awareness and putting it to work: the insight matters because of what you do with it. I'm an achiever by nature; these days I'm simply focused on your goals instead of my own.
Outside of work, I've been married for twenty years and I'm a mother of three teenagers, which means a lot of baseball and softball, a first-hand education in managing the fullness of a life with less stress and more joy, and a daily reminder of my own growth edges. When I get the chance, I'm with close friends and family, or reading, or on a tennis court, usually with good food and wine somewhere nearby.
